Recruitment strategy for obtaining the best candidate
The main purpose for recruitment is to find suitable candidates for the organization. It is
the process of finding the best candidates to apply for the job in the respective company. It

the company for the benefit and for the personal development of an individual(BAKO, and
ALADELUSI, 2017). The company cannot prosper without human resources so it is important
for the company to recruit and bring those candidates which can contribute and help the
company to grow.
As the HR manger of the BUNI Travels, the main purpose of recruiting the best candidate is to
bring the best candidates and also to give the best customer service to the clients and also posses
effective communication skills. Advertisement is the external source for recruiting the
candidates. People seek for clarity in the advertisements regarding the job profile, the history of
the company, pay scale offered by the company(Auchter, et.al,2018). The company will opt for
the advertisement recruitment strategy in order to recruit candidates in the organization. The
company will focus on providing detail description about the job. This will help to provide clear
picture about the job requirement. It is the most common used strategy by the companies to
recruit efficient candidates for the company. The company will use the various advertisement
platforms such as ads in the newspaper and the professional journals where the company will
provide full detail about the company, job description, skills, experience and qualification
required for the job. It will help the individual to self- evaluate and apply for the suitable
position. The advertisement strategy will help the company to invite the best candidates and also
for the self development of the candidate(Peisl, and Edlmann, 2020,). It is observed that many
travel organizations use the Advertisement strategy in print media for recruitment of employees
for the respective positions in the company.
The other recruitment strategy the company will opt is the campus recruitment as in today's
world and the youth of the colleges are young and helps the company to bring young and fresh
talent in the company. Many companies use this method for recruiting the candidates and is
considered a great way to recruit individual in the company. The company will recruitment

development of its management and its staff which is very important to start its operations. It is
important to create employees development plan for the development of the employees
employed in the organization(Yuliantari, and Martini, ). The main aim behind this to motivate the

the company. The manager will analyse the area where maximum knowledge is to be
required by the employee. The training sessions will involve preparing of the
questionnaires which will involve the key responsibility areas ans skills required for the
achievement of the individual and views are gathered from the individual through this
survey.
Plan development activities:The company will organize various internal and external
training programs keeping in mind the ability of the employees and how can it benefit the
organization and the employee as well(Zaharee, et.al, 2018). The company will organize
the training sessions periodically so that the company can analyse the areas for the

development of the individual. The company will also organize open discussion sessions
where the employees can discussed and interact with the employees and other fellow
members of the company. This will not only increase their knowledge but also develop
good communication skill between the members of the company. The training provided
to the employees will encourage the employees to work in teams for generating better
results for the company and also development of an individual.
Monitoring of the performance of an employee:The managers will also review the
performance of the employees after organizing training and suggest the areas of
improvement of the employees. The management should focus on the areas where
company thinks employees need more attention for the benefit of the employees. The
improvement in the employees will benefit the company.
Trust the employees: Like the employees have trust in the company, so the company
should also trust their employees and their work as there hard work will give profit to the
company. The company should encourage the employees and make the employees realize
that their efforts are valued. The company will also make plans for rewarding and
appreciating the employees for their hard work.
The company should make the development plans which will not only benefit the company but
will also help on the development of the employees and before starting any business, it is
important for the company to analyse the market forces prevailing in the market and frame its
