User Story and the acceptance criteria
User Story
As a client who needs to travel, I want to open the website ‘Travel Paradise’ that is recommended to
use in order to find a holiday package. I expect to find multiple holiday packages from the website
Travel Paradise and make a reservation. I expect the website to have alternative bookings so that I can
have a variety of holiday packages to chose from.
Acceptance Criteria
HOME PAGE
● The website is loading fast
● Display all the required pages
● Loading the website logo
● The logo redirecting me to the home page of the site
● Clicking and zooming into the images on the home page
● Home page displaying the right content
● The footer content is okay
● Display error message if the home page is not loading or or the site is slow in loading
HOLIDAY PACKAGE
● Clicking on the “Know More” button more information to read about a specific holiday package
is loaded.
● The price of every package displayed
● Content about a holiday packages
● Scrolling to other pages with data of the holiday packages
ENQUIRIES

● Enter my first name
● Entering the last name
● An error message in cases where I insert letter in the field of phone number
● Display error upon using an invalid email address
● Able to choose the number of passengers
● Able to click both the swimming pool and internet access

User Story
As a client who need to enquirer a holiday package and am not contented with what Travel Paradise is
offering, I would prefer to use external links. This links are travel agencies that work with Travel
Paradise (Downs, 2011).
