followed by the organisation so that they are come under in those organisation which are
adhering all rules and regulations (Nurjaya, 2018). It is important for organisation that they
should follow rule and regulations so well that they will not face any legal issues in their
organisation. Some important laws that are mentioned below:
Contract Law: It is the most important law that organisation should adopt so that they
can make their rights in signed contract. It is the most appropriate recommendation to the
companies to Trafalgar that they should properly analyse all facts of contract acts so that they
can apply them in their organisation with an objective of taking their all important benefits.
