The second skills that the individual must have is wide knowledge of tourism which is

interpersonal skills . It must have a skills to plan the situation and work accordingly as

in travel and tourism industry. Team working skills help the individual to work in the team in the
effective manner and also help to achieve and gain desired result in the systematic manner. By
team work skills individual will learn to respect other and their opinion. Team working skills are

Problem solving Skills:
It is the most effective skills that must be present in the individual as in every industry
many problems arises but it is important to have problem solving skills. It very important to
