It is the first time when a government made strategy regarding
tourism that reaches across Whitehall, by looking at the different
policies in regards with tourism. From airport queuing lines and
visa applications to cutting red tape for business, infrastructure
and planning, this kind of strategy helps in different areas by
having impact on holidays of the people in UK and on the
different business organisations.

who works on behalf of government. These may includes such
companies which are semi- government and specifically created
promotion organisations etc. Their main role is to make promotion

economic policies in the success of
tourism and travel sector
National and local economic policies, have major effect not only
on travel and tourism sector but on all the sectors. Main job of the
government is to make increment in the inward income by
creating an environment which is conducive for investments, by
welcoming investments and by making investors feel safe and
secure regarding their investments. The main success of the
tourism and travel industry is very much influenced by the
economic policy in many ways.

which limits their income. So it can be said that the national and
