can provide required outcome.

achievement of long term goals and objectives. A successful entrepreneur has the ability to
formulate several tactics in order to improve commercial activities. Business person is known to
have this tendency for analysing every factor that can impact activities of trade. Effective

that must be available on time. Otherwise, it can be harmful for an organisation to maintain its

It has been concluded that for being an entrepreneur in travel and tourism industry there
is a requirement of special skills and traits which makes them successful in their business. Some
of them are, opportunity recognition, strategic developer, effective analyser, visionary, risk
taking. Apart from this, self-assessment of entrepreneurial skills was conducted in which several
traits were analysed belonging to different category of tourism whether these are needed to be
