INTRODUCTION

entrepreneur of travel and tourism sector where various aspects regarding entrepreneur in travel and
tourism industry will be studied. The objectives that will be covered during this study are skills and
characteristics of travel and tourism entrepreneur, development of ventures in travel and tourism
sector and formulation of business start-up plan for niche market segment in the context of travel
and tourism (Hollick and Braun, 2005).
