Introduction
Travel and tourism law and legislation is applicable in the sector of hospitality to enhance the
factors related to safety and security of the passengers who are using the services. Right and
equality agreement is arranged between the travel sectors and the service users in order to reduce
the risk of contravention of the agreement. In this study, various regulations and legislation
framework of United Kingdom are discussed. Travega is a UK based travel consulting firm
which has been selected for task 1, for task 2, the selected tour and Travel Company based in UK
is Trafalgar. In the second task, various concepts of security and health legislation are mentioned
to enhance the equality conception of UK tour and travel sector. Four Seasons Travel is the
travel agency based in UK that has been selected for task 3 and in task 4; the selected company is
Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG).
