and aspects related with travel and tourism. It will include legal and regulatory framework of
legal system, court system and sources of law. Beside this, sea, surface and air laws related to
carriage of passenger are discussed. Impact of security legislation, principles of health and safety
are discussed. Also, different legislations related to equality are discussed. Contract legislations
and consumer protection legislation in respect with travel and tourism will be discussed. At last,
ethical dilemmas and CSR associated with travel & tourism will be mentioned.
