that involves damages while passengers travels on the carrier
and physical disorder at the time of travelling on carriers.
 Sea law- The IMO International Marine
Organisation that are mainly formulating through
UN which ensures that there is a safety and
protection in the shipping. Apart from this, it also
regulating the various factors that are concern with
environmental that includes shipping functions.
