Product: Product is the first elements involve in the marketing mix. Product in marketing
term is defined as the main element on which entire promotion campaign emphasised on. Eco
is further defined as environment friendly product. The products are call as eco tree lodge.
This is a unique product which attracts to all young travellers across the globe. Eco tree lodge
is the remote destination located in between the nature. This product will cater the unique
travelling experience to all travelling enthusiasts and nature enthusiasts. Geographical
location of Accra in Africa is full of natural elements that will cater the complete adventure
experience to all travellers (Whitney, 2017). This product will not facilitate with the general
lodging amenities but along with it will cater natural atmosphere to all customers. All lodging
amenities like luxury rooms, yoga facility, natural views and other associated elements will
provide to all customers. The lodge will consist of more than 100 rooms and also the
swimming pool in the common area. Eco tree lodge will target all young travellers and also
the upper economic background people like to travel places for this product. Young women’s
will also be a key target customer’s base for this product. Target market for the lodge will be
the tourist industry of Africa.
Price: Price is an important factor discuss in marketing mix. Price plays a huge role in the
purchasing decision of all customers. Company is aiming to keep the prices of the eco tree
lodge affordable in nurture. Company will follow the low pricing strategy to attract potential
customers. As the target customer base for the eco tree lodge is the young adults so the low
cost strategy will support company in attracting such customers. Company will aim to cater
luxury services like Spa, rooms, sports area, camp site and other facilities at the most
affordable price range. Price is important elements involve in the purchasing decision making
of customers. Company will also provide party place for all young people. As the young
people are keen towards partying. Company will serve the best party place at an affordable
price range. Company has set different packages for different customers on the basis of needs
of customers.
Promotion: Company will promote all its packages at different social media channels. As the
target customers for the company is all young generation that are very active over different
social media networks like Facebook, Instagram and other key social media networks.
Company will try to attract such customers with the support of advertisement at all social

business. With the support of social media advertisement company will easily attract such
customers by giving an attractive deals such as discounts over booking on such sites.
Company will also channelize radio and television marketing to promote its products. This is
also an effective medium to promote company’s products. Company will heat the
advertisement over the youth oriented channels like national geographic, discovery channels
and other associated channels. As such channels are keen towards promoting adventure and
associated sports. With the support of such promotional methods company will effectively
attracts potential customers for the eco tree lodge.
Process: Process involves all the approaches that can be used to plan marketing campaigns of
company. Organisation conducts different approaches to conducts marketing campaigns.
Initially the organisation conduct research with the support of secondary research to identify
about the target customers of company. Process involves company use the feedback approach
to understand the potential requirements of the customers. Process of the company involves
digital marketing, radio marketing and other key approaches to conduct. Company
