INTRODUCTION
Consumer protection and other regulatory policies are mandatory for the companies to
abide within their business. Legislation and ethics in travel and tourism sector are necessary to
implied in order to protect the buyer interest. Present study will explain laws and regulations
applicable to tourism industry. Besides, assignment will also regulate the consumer protection in
relation and tourism customers.

whole study is Tourism is the most growing sector for that organisations should require to make
good image by applying all safety guards. On the basis of above report also described about the
importance of consumer protection law that helps clients to get safe and secure from unlawful
agents or the companies as well.
