company which is satisfying its users by providing various services at value for money. It is also
implementing the changes in its work for better performance and brand image. These changes
effects the companies in both positive and negative manner. Companies are trying to take full
advantage of these changes for increasing its market position and reputation. It is essential that the
company adheres with the changes else it may cause an overall reduction in market position and
reputation, sales as well as profitability of company. It is further recommended to the company that
there should be a provision of more services to the consumers as pr need. Hence the firm is required
to indulge in market research.
