reputed job. The description of those skills which I currently have are given below - Strong Communication Skills- From the self audit I analysed that I am already good in
communication skills and I also have strong knowledge about good oral and written
skills. This skill is really helpful for my job role. Team work – I am comfortable with team work and I also motivate my other team
members. I analysed that some team member also take some inspiration from my work
ethics. Computer Skills – I have excellent knowledge about computer and I usually do all my
work on computer. Excellent knowledge of computer will help me to get good job. Motivational Skills- I am a very positive person that's why I always motivate my
friends , colleagues, and other staff members. This skill is essential for my job and I am
happy because this skill I already have (Buhalis, 2019).
Stress Tolerance – I have a good capability to manage and tolerate the stress and anxiety
situations. This skill will help to work in many diversified situations. This skill is
prominent for my job.
