career development opportunities. It is a formal way by
which an individual sets strategies for the outcome of

of hotel and increases its scope in proficient manner. These are

helps in proper decision making. This analyser style will help the
employees of the middle level to proper gather relevant information
and analyse the problem to find immediate solutions.
Reduce work loads This is a autocratic style in which individual demand of
doing the work themselves irrespective of performing the
work in team. Individuals are not good at performing work
with other team members. This is the reason this style is not
recognised effective in completing the task within specified
time period. Under this style, employees of the Travelodge
can learn properly but alone cannot concentrate on fulfilling
