INTRODUCTION
Self-managed learning is the process of developing one’s skills and abilities by its own. This
is a very important activity in this new era because; people do not have time for any
professional guidance for everything. Learning by owning not only help an individual in
professional work but, it also has a great impact on person personal life and it also assists in
increasing the ability of lifelong learning. This assignment takes into consideration the
Travelodge Hotel in Ilford. It also embraces the process through which Self-Managed
learning can improve lifelong development. Evaluation of personal skills and abilities for
meeting current performance level and future requirements will also be conducted. In this
whole assignment, a Personal and Professional development plan will be, carried through
and frequently assessed to figure out the development. At last, both interpersonal and
transferable skills will be, carried through, Therefore, in order to be outstanding in one's
career thus there is an essential requirement for developing both personal and professional
skills.
