The world has been shattered by the outbreak of covid-19 which also disrupted each and
every business organisation in nearly all industrial sector. In this, digital technologies plays
essential role which helps organisation to manage their operations digitally during the pandemic
(Aldao, C., Blasco, Espallargas and Rubio, 2021). Present research identifies the impact of
digital technologies on the production of travel and tourism industry. Research is conducted on
Travelodge UK which is operating as a hospitality company in the hotel and hospitality industry
sector. This organisation offer wide range of services and facilities to customers research include
aim and objectives, research problem, methodology and literature review.
