INTRODUCTION
Entrepreneurs and corporates are focusing to recruit those people which are having basic
necessary skills as per their needs which can be stated as a employability skills. Communicative
people can learn fast, most of the companies are focusing to recruit those educated and qualified
candidates which are good in making communication with others (Taylor and Procter, 2014).
This project is based on working conditions of Travelodge, this report is based on employability
skills and it is having a self reflection on set of responsibilities and performance objectives, own
effectiveness, recommendations for improvement and motivational techniques to improve
performance in working conditions. After it will describe interpersonal and transferable skills to
develop solutions, to manage time and communicate in a proper way on different management
level. Each and every team is having key players which increase their effectiveness which will
describe in this project. At last it is having content on problem solving tools and methods.
TASK 1
1.1 Set of own responsibilities and performance objectives
Working as a manager in Travelodge it is essential for me to set my own responsibilities
in organisation and according to them I have to increase my performance, as I am working as a
marketing manager so it is essential for me to arrange my team in a better way to obtain
maximum information from market. Set of responsibilities are here;
Collect information from market: It is my duty to collect maximum information from market
by which I can support my organisation to increase sales of organisation. Direct and indirect
relationship in market can help to me to collect maximum informations from market and
competitors.
Ethics: It is my duty to follow morality in providing services to organisation so each and every
data which is collected from my team has to be authentic on which company can make a better
strategy.
Performance Objectives are those element which can help to me to increase performance
to get them. Here is main performance objectives to improve my performance in the
organisation;
