2.1 EXPLAIN SOLUTION FOR WORK BASED
PROBLEM AS A MANAGER OF TRAVELODGE
 Problem-solving and decision-making is a important
activities of Travelodge.
 People face three problem: get afraid and want to leave;
they cannot understand the answer is right or wrong; and
they find someone for blame. It is tend to conflict averse .
 For the solution of it I should take the goal of problem
solving by conflict friendly or conflict competent.

Lack of training: Sometimes employees cannot be trained
towards their work by any technique of training. Such as
seminar, classroom training, coaching etc. For the overcome
of this problem I should suggest the following solutions:
 Small ans positive changes towards the work.
 Remove negative thinking.
 Increasing awareness.
 Pursue a passion.

2.2 EXPLAIN COMMUNICATION IN VARIETY
OF STYLE AT VARIOUS LEVEL
 Every organization has different types of style follows to
communicate the information at different level.
 It helps to make good communication in the organization
by different level of management.

are incurred i.e. first is lack of your motivation and second one is

regarding your job. And also we ave to make new policy regarding
your motivational level as well as training which is providing by the
organization.

completing task it can be help to determine small segment
that require less time for completion.
