The managers have the responsibility of controlling their organisational business process by
managing their internal people. Good time management skill helps the managers to play their
managerial role effectively. In this study, own responsibilities along with performance objectives
as a manager of Travelodge have been discussed. Effectiveness of own performance against the
set objectives has been evaluated here. Ways of performance improvement have also been
suggested here. Application of motivational techniques to make improvement of the performance
quality has been highlighted here.
In addition to this, solutions to the work-based issues have been developed here along with
effective time management strategies. Roles of each team member have mentioned here.
Travelodge is offering high quality hospitality services to its customers and it has it’s
headquarter in UK. More than 11,000 numbers of employees are working in this organisation.
The business revenue of the hotel is 63.71 crores GBP in 2018 (travelodge.co.uk, 2019).
Team dynamics in context of Travelodge hotel have been analysed and alternative suggestions to
complete team work have given here. Appropriate strategy for the issue related to employee
turnover of this hotel has been developed in this study.
