responsibility, thus it is required that the analysis and evaluation of the
performance of the mangers are done such that they can improve
themselves and work upon their drawbacks.
1.1 Develop a set of own responsibilities and performance

In order to perform well and give their best it is required that the employees
develop and determine their own aims and objectives and work according to
that. The task and responsibility of a manager is a tough job and demands
many responsibilities to be delivered. The responsibilities that a manager of
