week skills which I need to improve. I need to improve my communication skills for interacting
with the employees and other staff members. Apart from this I need to assess my decision
making skills so that I can take different types of decisions at different times.
There are many areas which need to be improved according to the needs of the organization.
Being a assistant manager in Travelodge in need to have effective communication skills because
there are different types of visitors comes to visit the hotel. The manager needs to have
knowledge of different language so that the clients and visitors can get accurate services and

Apart from this, I have analyzed that I need to enhance my presentation skills in order to
