skills allow people to work well and help the other once. Through having these quality's person
resolve the issues that set them into work environment. This report is based on Travelodge hotel
that is located in Thames, UK. In this report will explain the set of person performance
objectives and responsibilities and measure their effectiveness against performance objectives. It
also defines the recommendations for development and used of motivational methods for
improving quality of performance. Furthermore, this study explains the solution to work-based
issues and different style of communicating and appropriate manner. It justifies the people role

I am managing all the marketing activities in marketing department that help different
departments of Travelodge hotel to run their business effectively and increased their growth as
