INTRODUCTION
Employability skills determines as important concept for individual that considered basic
requirement in employees and employers. These types of skills based on particular job as per
worker ability and capabilities. Further, it is essential for labour market with determine intensely
competitive, private employers and also for public sector that are looking for people who are
flexible and taking initiative. In this context, present report is based on Travelodge hotel which is
privately own organisation that dealing in hospitality sector in UK (Travelodge., 2017). There
are more than 6000 employees work to serves effective services to customers in term of full and
part-time.
In order to focus on the report, it covers effectiveness against defined objectives within
the selected enterprise. Furthermore, it includes solution for work based problems which can be
