If the development plans are effectively implemented than the essential factors are to be
considered which are helpful in executing the plans in efficient ways. If systematic planning are
done than it helps in implementation of the development plans in effective ways.

Own learning are important aspects which had to be evaluated in development plans in
order to achieve best results. Changes can be implemented in various activities in order to
achieve their vision and objectives.
My skills can be increased by attending different training and workshop programmes
which helps me to gain knowledge about different factors which are useful in attending the goals
and objectives in planned ways in order to achieve success (Manrique, 2011).
