The proposed plan for strategic alignment comprises of different several steps which are
arranged in the form of a complete cycle. The desired cycle starts with a proposed project
regarding Goal which are designed or determined for the Getaways Travels that comprises of
creation of system for online travel which enables user to buy flight tickets online, search the
availability of flights, enquiring the schedules of flights, checking flight schedules for near
future and flight tracking etc. It is desired to achieve various Outcomes that are desired for
developing a system for Getaways Travels which requires being reliable and user-friendly for
delivering additional features and accomplishing the ease of passenger. It is easy to reach
there just by following numerous Strategies which smoothly divides the entire task among
all members of team and segregating the responsibilities by developing a work breakdown
structure. Along with this a proper scheduling based on the task which is being performed is
made to be done effectively and in lesser time. By target measuring the success gained by the
Getaways Travels can even be measured so that it can be achieved properly as the entire
analysis is being desired which generate results. The generated results are being later
improved by creating various amendments in entire system in order to add different modes of
payment along with current PayPal like E-wallet and spreading awareness among all users
regarding the stores nearby for means of ticket purchase.

developing a system for Getaways Travels which requires being reliable and user-friendly for
delivering additional features and accomplishing the ease of passenger. It is easy to reach
there just by following numerous Strategies which smoothly divides the entire task among
all members of team and segregating the responsibilities by developing a work breakdown
structure. Along with this a proper scheduling based on the task which is being performed is
made to be done effectively and in lesser time. By target measuring the success gained by the
Getaways Travels can even be measured so that it can be achieved properly as the entire
analysis is being desired which generate results. The generated results are being later
improved by creating various amendments in entire system in order to add different modes of
payment along with current PayPal like E-wallet and spreading awareness among all users
