Mental health is defined as a condition of person which mind of state is being emotional,
psychological and social well being. This is affect by various number of thinking which created
for prolong period of time. It also helps to analyse how effectively we handle stress, relatable to
other and make their own choices. Mental health is very major to know at every stage of life
which is being started from childhood and adolescence through phase of adulthood. This mental
health is being affected and create mental disorder. In this the core mental health and their issue
were discussed(Chan and et. al., 2019). The Goffman stigmas were also elaborated to understand
theory which is based on sociological aspect. In this topic is going to cover is about depression
anxiety and mental issue which affect the well being of a person. In which the phase and
demographic aspect were demonstrated and their epidemiology and improvisation technology are
repeated to get out from this circumstances.

any individual which realizes their own abilities, can cope with normal stresses of life, work ratio
and is able to make contribution to his people (Grover and et. al., 2020).

psychological well being are different in their state of matter. Unlike psychological and
biological view of vision it is clear that take a view on personal causalities and brain
