The report consists of the development of the software “TRELO” for Globex by Virtucon
Company which is developed on the basis of assessment 2. The Virtucon is a company which
develops the software and Globex has outsourced its project of software development to
Virtucon. The Globex aims to develop the software so as to improve the communication process
and make feasible for the customers of Globex to make online payments. In the first part, the
measurable organizational value will be discussed which helps in improving the value of the
software. The second part will include the scope of the project. In the third part, the weak
breakdown structure will be prepared. Afterward, the risk included with the project will be
determined. The final step will include the management of the quality of the software “TRELO”
and evaluation of the plan will be done.

The beginning of the project includes the important decision to be made relating to the project
and making of the strategies so as to make the project successful. The measurable organization

services as provided by the Globex. The customers of the company will be able to make
online payments for the purchases they made. They can communicate their reviews
through the software. The customers will also be able to track the products and goods
using the software.
2) Strategy: The area of strategy has given a less preferred because the Globex and the
Virtucon were already established companies into the market and they were not entering
into a new market. Globex develops the software so that they can provide its customers
with better quality services and attract the number of customers which can lead to
