INTRODUCTION
Operation management is related to those management of the organisation which is
related to the designing and controlling the activities of the production and also the redesigning
those business functions which does provide favourable results. Quality management is related to
those activity of the management under which the managers of the organisation ensures that all
the activities of the management are performed well and provide higher returns to the business.
Operation and quality management are the important for the development of the organisation as
well as for their growth. Operation management enables the managers of the organisation to
develop effective business strategies so that the quality of work can be achieve and also the
objectives of the organisation. The organisation which is chosen here to demonstrate this report
is Trinnovo group (Leifer and Savchuk, 2020). This report provided brief discussion related to
the operation and quality management theory and also the also the scope and purpose of quality
management in the organisation. There are different challenges faces by the management of
Trinnovo group which are states in this report. It also provides several recommendation to the
management of selectes organisation so that these challenges can be minimised.

Trinnovo is British small and medium organisation which operates their business in
United kingdom. It is an employee recruitment organisation which has operates a business of
recruitment for different types forms. The management of company has experienced executives
which makes efforts to make organisation successful and competitive. The organisation has more
than 180 employees which operates the business from six different locations.

It is very important for the management of organisation to develop effective operation
and quality management in their workplace so that the business activities of organisation
becomes effective and business becomes success in the market. There are many theories and
models are present in the market which helps the organisation to develop operation and quality
management in workplace. It is the duty of the managers of the organisation to understand these
theories effectively and then apply them in the organisation practically. There are many changes
and modification are required to be done which can be restrict by many employees. It depend

organisation so that the level of resources can be decreased and accuracy bin work can be

can be used different alternatives and makes the process more competitive and effective. It is
requires to use all the resources in effective way so that the wastage of these resources can be

to use for the purpose. As my personal thinking that the bank loan is the most favourable
source for the company because there are some banks which provided loan to business
organisations in less interest rates.
It is recommended to the managers of Trinnovo group to understand various theories of
management so that they effectively applied the operational management in their
organisation.
