INTRODUCTION
Trunki is a brand of children's ride-on suitcase and it is designed by Rob Law. The product
becomes very famous after appearing on the BBC cult TV show 'Dragons' Den'. The Trunki's
range manufactures by the Magmatic company. Inventor of the Trunki is Mr Rob Law. In
accordance to competitive market, Rob Law brought another invention in market- the Jurni, a
ride-on suitcase for children. This report will also includes the importances of innovation and
invention to organisation.
MAIN BODY
Importance of innovation and invention to organization
Innovation plays a great role in the success and continuous development of an
organization. Magmatic company take a step to innovate its product (ride-on suitcase). By this
innovation Magmatic approaches many new customers, various new markets and new products.
Product Innovation can increase coordination of organization with the market (Stone 2016).
Innovation may be in various format such as work strategies, management method and product
development. Inventor Rob Law invented Trunki, that plays a major role in economic growth of
a Magmatic. It increases well-being in the market and also increased productivity and company's
ROI. It creates positive impact on Magmatic's culture. Innovation also provides big opportunities
for sustainable growth in the market environment.
Invention is producing or manufacturing unique products and introduce this product first
time in the market. From the above case Mr Rob Law invented a new product, the Jurni, a ride-
on suitcase. Magmatic solves the several issues by producing new product also can fulfill the
objective to company's task (Ward 2016). The good results from invention may be lessor than
innovation because invention might not be generates positive responses all the time. An
invention may serves objectives never visualized by its inventors. Rob Law's Innovation
contributes in making the invention more better and effective.
Innovation and invention essentially embedded within the Leadership and culture at
Magmatic. Innovation and invention thinking can generates new ideas and excitement in
leadership and culture in organisation. Innovative culture creates by great leaders with their
innovation thinking and application in business-environment (Agarwal 2016). Leaders of
Magmatic encourages to others for share their ideas and thinking by creating a innovation
culture. Leaders in the Magmatic realized that they need to change and invented the product for a

competitive advantages (Hicks 2016.). Mr Rob Law take a step toward new product, market and
services by creating innovation culture. These are largely essential for value creation and also
generates more revenue.
CONCLUSION
From the above study, it is concluded that innovation is great fully influence the organisation's
success and development. The invention is created by Magmatic company's inventor Rob Law, it
helps organisation to provide a well-being position in market and make it more famous. By
innovation, Magmatic enhance their product performances and make it more reliable and
responsive. It will also increases innovative culture and generates skilled leadership in an
organisation. Innovation and invention plays a major role to promote leaders and creates a great
cultural environment for Magmatic.
