TUI is considered as one of the leading tourism
group which has collected umbrella of different tour
operators. The company have merged their business
with 1600 travel agencies which are managing their
operations online.

different methods which are being
used by them in terms of techniques
and methods. The company is yet
making efforts so that to retain their
customers in longer range. TUI is

development
TUI is wholly focused into engaging their customer in
such a manner that they can manage their tangible and
intangible components in the organisation (Batala and
et. al., 2019. The organisation has developed centre of
the destination in a manner that tourist attractions can
be made and at the same time remarkable experience
can be given to their organisation.

Long term:
TUI is highly emphasised over developing
employment opportunities so that they can provide

Short term:
TUI is aimed at encouraging sustainable and
responsible tourism in such manner that natural
