hospitality and tourism sector and provides the services of travel agencies.. This case study aims
to analyse the organization's present situation and the impact of the UK government's recovery
plan and Covid 19 on the company's internal environment and on the micro environment of the

organization's operations cover whole tourism sector services. The growing tourism sector
helped the company to grow and it is operating since more than 100 years now.
