section and exercise that might be imparted to quality of environment on basic of long term. In
UK companies and hotels have high internationally brand, but they are not calculated in
economic (Amerta, Sara and Bagiada,2018). Moreover, they are not giving back to local
community nor contribute towards their economy sectors. In tourism sector they can learn about
something new things such as languages and with all these factors it is strictly mandatory for
minimizing their negative impacts and have to focused on their positive things. Nowadays
number of people in travelling sector have been increased as just for having fun plus it may also
show some positive impact of that country. Aim of sustainable tourism is to develop benefits
plus try to reduce negativity impacts that caused due to having tourism places. This factors can
be achieved by protection towards natural environment, wildlife and some natural resources at
time of managing tourism action.
Background of study
Sustainable tourism sector in UK performs sustainable activities for making environment
with having some positive impacts and this could also help while in developing their country
economy. If there are having more tourism sector in their country they can earn more images of
countries (Grilli and et.al., 2020). TUI travel group was British with headquarter in Crawley.
Their main purpose in creating customer satisfaction, and they offer many products such as TUL
lakes and mountains holidays, splash world resorts, TUI Sensimar and so on. This study will
evaluate about tourism development impact with the help of literature review in making

appropriate themes while using views of different authors. This report also discuss in creating
positive and reducing negative impacts that have activities on environment and society.

Tourism have contributed for protecting environment in many ways and currently
peoples need to make understand about importance of tourism this is one reason for selecting this
topic. In recent time tourism sector have developed many strategies towards their people along
with that they are trying to make positive impacts in their environment. Tourism sectors and
governments make some efforts for preserving along with improving their natural surrounding
that can be on first priority (Bunakov and et.al., 2017). This study might be help researcher for in
making more strategies towards sustainability tourism and more provide benefits to people

furthermore make proper images of tourism sector it is other reason for conducting this research
topic.

recent years. With the rise of this sustainable tourism it has also made growth for being
environment eco-friendly. Tourism sector have potentially whiled in creating some beneficial
effects in contributing towards conservation and protection surrounding. It is direction for raising
their awareness values and also serve tools for protect financial systems and essential for
increasing economic, Rasoolimanesh and Jaafar, (2017) says, tourism is sector in which they
have countries for achieve their economic, environmental and society goals. Physical
environment is one of main sources and generally travels used to move to different natures for
getting more experience. As per Kazak, (2017), said that media has reported about global
environment problems and issues for which government needs to pay attention towards them so
that they can increase more. Hence, environmental factor is major issue for tourist sector. In UK

what problems they are facing in managing economic. Tourism may acquired to improve
airports, roads and other infrastructure, which are seems to be more costly. Many countries have

have collected information or gather data while by using open-minded questions. As this is
important because it is easy in collecting data and can simply capture attitudes within targeting
their consumer of group in particular sector. It has no conjugate by terminal point and supply
much more flexible approaches (Kumar,2018). Observation gives direct information along with
that give appropriate data about sustainable developments topics.

Inductive and deductive are research approaches. Inductive means theories, observing
and proposed towards the end of research paper. It mostly helps in collecting data along with
altering direction of study in formulating questions. Deductive is based on hypotheses data and
try to design their research approaches strategy while by testing data at hypotheses. This
approach take short time for researching plus try to avoid risk. Scholar have used inductive

having abstract in observation and creation. It is important for using inductive approaches in

be decided. There are 30 people including employees of TUI so that there is going to be right
understanding which is going to be present. There are two types of sampling which are
probability and non probability and the one which has been used for this report is probability
which is that there was no discrimination or bias while doing this research which makes the
outcomes even better.
Data Analysis
It is after all the data which is collected there has to be good interpretation which needs to
be done so that there is going to be good collection of information which is going to be present.
The techniques which are going to be used for the analyses and interpretation are going to be
qualitative, quantitative, text, statistical and diagnostic analysis. Theoretical form, is present in
qualitative analyses which is going to be very helpful for getting the right information and there
is going to be higher performance and operations which can be decided for the company.
Diagnostic analysis is going to make the evaluation be higher channelizes the techniques which
are going to be used for the company (Drozdzewski, 2018). Overall collection of objectives has
to be present so that there is going to be better achievement and aims are going to be achieved on
time so that there are going to be higher conducted researcher which is going to be out.

Following the ethical considerations is very important for the researcher so that there is a
code of ethics which is going to be present. There are direct principles which are involved in this
process which is that there is going to be justice, informed consent, confidentiality, data
protection, etc. of the participants which are going to be involved in this research. There has to
be good behaviour, valid sources, ethical consent which were taken so that there is going to be
higher functioning. No bias, stolen data or declaration was skipped by the researcher so that there
is going to be higher understanding and interpretation can be authentic which is going to be a
great factor and good for a long run as well (Healey, 2017).
