Introduction
Preamble is an important document of a constitution. This defines a constitution on a shorter
pace. In this assignment, a broader comparison is being showcased between the two nations. The
main comparison that is being seen in the preambles of Turkey and Poland is their approaching
towards assembling their judiciary and thoughts about their constitution. Turkey mainly talked
about some ideas, beliefs and resolutions to get their people. The Poland preamble narrated that
one should believe God and towards own social values and act accordingly for the nation. The
Poland constitution tells its people to keep in mind the past labours of their ancestors but Turkey
preamble has no such attributes in it. All these aspects are being discussed on a broader manner
in the below sections (Addis, 2016).

Comparison of the Preambles of the Country Turkey and Poland Constitution
Preamble of Turkey
A country sets a preamble to govern its nation through a particular path. This gives direction to
the nation in regards to its political-economical and legislative attributes. The preamble of the
Turkish nation is being set up in the eighties by the Consultative Assembly with a cooperation
and permission of the Council of National Security. The Council of National Security is
considered as the rightful representative of the national turkey. This council is being approved,
adopted and effectively enacted by the Turkish nation. The concept of Nationalism is being
focused in the Turkish Preamble. The preamble is being set to manifest the everlasting prosperity
and existence of the citizens of the turkey or the Republic of Turkey (Bishku, 2013). Validating
the undying survival of the Turkish Nation and the inseparable harmony of the inspirational
states of turkey, this Constitution had set up a preamble in accordance of the eminent and
immortal leader Ataturk. This preamble is being set up to maintain the patriotism and democracy
of the citizens of Turkey. The Turkish preamble is set up based on the three pillars that are ideas,
beliefs and resolutions. The preamble gives the citizens of the country to lead their lives with a
great amount of understanding their rights and powers. The citizens should know their birthrights

and should upgrade their spiritual resources under their civilization. The preamble is being set up
with a determination of safeguarding the existence, spiritual wellbeing and prosperity of the
nationals of the country (Burak, 2015). The constitution's motive behind the setting of the
preamble is to benevolently recognize the utter dominance of the spirit of the country. Moreover,
it also wants to showcase that sovereignty is integrated completely and categorically in Turkey.
The preamble says that sovereignty is something that should be maintained unconditionally in
the nation. But if anyone found to breach this law will be punished by the legal system. The
preamble of turkey also states that no fortification will be afforded to judgment or some kind of
aspects that are dissimilar to Turkish National welfare. The preamble states the differentiation of
the powers among the governing bodies and their precedence's. It is quite evident to through the
preamble that it wants its citizens to know their rights and act according to that without
hampering their culture. The preamble narrates that no religious feelings will be hurt in the name
of politics. The preamble comes with the recognition that every citizen of turkey should be
blessed with all kinds of rights and peacefulness (Kocsis and Monostori, 2014). The preamble
states that the citizens of the nation are united in regards to national pride and honours and also
in regards of grief's and joy. The preamble is being set and entrusted by the nation turkey to
provide good amount of democracy to its nationals living and serving the nation.
Preamble of Poland
The Polish in the name of God have set a justified, truthful and sovereign preamble. They have
set the preamble to establish a basic state of law and order, freedom and justice and cooperation
among the powers of public. Moreover with this, maintaining the material and resourceful rights
of the citizens. The Polish have set this preamble for maintaining the democracy in the nation.
The first objective that the preamble states is maintaining harmony and equal rights among the
people of Poland. This is being approached for gaining wellness towards the country. Secondly,
the preamble states that the nation should behold the struggles and exuberance of the ancestors
who have fought for their independence (Klimczuk, 2015). This is being also beholden to
maintain the values and heritage of the nation. The preamble states that the new generation
should know the works of the ancestors towards maintaining of the values and should
benevolently work in regards of those for the community. The preamble states that one should
remember the vulnerable and harsh experiences of the past in regards of the human rights. So

that they can desire for their rights in the present time to ensure a due diligence. One should
know their responsibilities towards their nation and people and also towards the god (Klimczuk,
2015). The preamble is an important aspect of the country Poland as they want to strengthen the
powers of the citizens and their communities respectively. This is being narrated to maintain the
solidarity among the people and their thought towards each other and towards the republic. One
should know the needs of their family and ultimately of the country and act accordingly. One
should try to bind in society with own compatriots isolated all through the humanity. The
preamble states that one should recall the some of the best traditions manifested in the first and
the second republic (International Monetary Fund, 2014). The preamble states that all citizens
should now pay respect for the present third republic that showcases the dignity and freedom and
rights of people.
Conclusion
Both the preambles call upon people of their respective nation to follow up some of the similar
and dissimilar aspects. This is being done to upgrade their living along with the nation's living
respectively. They while getting this should respect each other and follow a mutual kind of love.
The main motive of the preamble of the Turkey constitution is to aspire peace in each home and
the whole nation ultimately. The constitution of Poland is mainly consisting of a preamble and
some thirteen chapters (Wanki, 2018).
