This report is based on framing the arguments to support the topic “Contemporary Business
Issue: Employee Turnover.” This report will use effective academic researches and resource
to support the argument that high employee turnover is most challenging and serious issue in
present contemporary business environment and management.
Al Mamun, and others represents that employees and manpower is considered as an
important sources to operate the functions of an organisation, many factors are related to their
development as wages, mandatory and voluntary benefits and other services. An organisation
fails to provide these services are possible to face high rate of employee turnover.
De Winne, and others states that high rate of employee turnover in an organisation is not
dutiable it affects its fanatical stability and other employees productivity as well. Low
productivity led low income and profit maintenance and that create long-term affect if remain
unsolved.
According to Hidayat and others, the most important challenge in the present contemporary
economic and business environment is not about hiring the right person but it is related to
join the employee for a long periods. High rate of human resource management is affecting
the service availability and that is creating challenges for the management to prevent the high
employee turnover.
