The television advertisement is a commercial advert which is shown in the television
programming. It is produced and paid by an organization. It conveys a message which is
aimed to market for a service or product. In the report, a television advertisement process has
been evaluated of Middle East sons co. Middle East Sons co has been established in 2000. It
has been growing from strength and the commitment about the quality brands to the people of
Oman. The company has deal with all the big brands and sell the international brand through
its stores from grocery items to confectionery.
Plan production process for advertisement:
On the basis of the study on the Middle East sons co and the Oman market, it has
been identified that the TV advertisement of the company must be in a way that all the
international brands as well as the prime products of the company could be shown in the
advertisement. The minimum budget for the task would be Omani Rial 55000. The
production work would start from evaluating the existing advertisement of the company and
their feedback from the viewers and the consumers of the business.
The brief detail would be taken from the managers of Middle East sons co about the
products and the message which they want to covey from the customers. The creative brief
would be prepared on the basis of the detail about the products, message, previous
advertisement etc. On the other hand, the time of the year, marketing objectives, gross sales
of the business, existing product or any new product etc factors are also studied to make the
creative brief more helpful for the producers of advertisement. The other main point of
creative brief is the person who would perform the role in the TV advertisement of the

also been decided and the script has been ready for the one who would perform in the
advertisement.

After evaluating the planning process of the advertisement, the suppliers of the
advertisement has been evaluated and the best one has been selected form the available
suppliers. The entire process of advertisement has been handled by the employees of the
company from creating the brief to plan the location of the shoot. The company has already
hired the experienced and relevant person on the job to meet all the expectation related to the
advertisement process. The supplier evaluation expresses that while preparing the
advertisement production process for the company, no extra cost has been incurred because
all the elements have been set by the in house employees of the business.
Direct advertising production process:
Further, the production process of the advertising has been studied. While preparing
the process, all the managerial activities have been done in such a way that the objective of

the company have been studied and it has been measured that the better creative brief has
been prepared at the initial stage. With the help of that creative brief, a better advertisement
has been prepared. The evaluation on all the related factors have been done and it has been
found that the quality of the advertisement is according to the standards as well as the overall
position of the company has been improved which would assist the business to enhance the
performance of the company.
The final advertisement process and the advertisement film have been evaluated to
identify the issues and the drawbacks of the film. After watching the film, it has been found
that it would influence the people to buy the products from the company as well as the
advertisement is according to the legal and ethical code of conduct of advertisement of the
country. It has also been found that it would impact positively on the overall performance of
the business. It would lead to the advertising process in the better way and it would meet to
the advertising goal of the organization.
Conclusion:
On the basis of the study, it has been measured that the advertising production is a
plan to reach and persuade the customers to buy a service or a product. This objective could
be met by the company after evaluating and implementing the better advertisement process.
According to the study, the recent developed advertising film for the TV advertisement of the
company is also very effective and would lead to the company towards the better
performance and high growth.
