Introduction
 Business organisations works under a framework which is called
business environment; its an intermixture of various internal and
external factors which reflect firm's function's including staff
members, management, customers, supply and demand as well
as business regulations.
 Apart from this, the report will be described different types of
business organisations, such as – public, private and voluntary
sectors.

Public sector - In an economy, public sector provides a range of
government services which involves public transportation,
infrastructure, public education, health care etc. Public sector is
a part of the economy which combined all levels of government
and non-government enterprises.
For example – The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is the
principal public prosecuting agency for conducting criminal
prosecutions in England.

Private sector - Due to globalisation, range of private sector
organisations are rapidly growing and now it has become
imperative part of an economy. Most of private business
entities are run with an intention to generate higher profits.
For example – Starbucks is a great example of private sector as
its a leading coffee house chain which was established in
1971. Presently, it is operating more than 26000 locations
over the world.

Voluntary sector – The sector comprises with those organisation
which are implemented in order to benefit and enrich society
without expecting any profits. In UK, there are several
voluntary sectors which are liable to generate social wealth
rather than material wealth.
For example – The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is a
charitable organisation in the United Kingdom. It is the single
biggest funder of cardiovascular research in the UK.

Size and scope of range different types of

Public sector - UK public sector is one of the largest sector which
helps in improving GDP rate; here it accounts for about 20% of the
entire economy.
For example - The CPS now employs about 6,000 people of whom
some one-third are lawyers.
Mission and vision of the company – Public Prosecutions are
implemented in order to be respectful to the needs of victims,
witnesses and to the interest of the community.

terms of providing employment opportunities to people and improve their
living standards.
For example – Starbucks is a retailer and roaster of ground and whole bean
coffee, tea and spices; the firm is privilege to connect with variety of customers
by having exceptional products and services.
Mission and vision of the company – The mission statement of Starbucks is to
encourage and nurture the human spirit – one person, one cup and one
neighbourhood at a time.

Voluntary sector – These business associations are run and staffed by
volunteers and carries out togetherness between who have similar
interest.
For example – British Heart foundation was established in 1961 by
medical professional who had a concern about raising death ratio
cause of cardiovascular diseases or heart attacks.

 From the above mentioned report, it get analysed that
business environment plays a crucial role in growth and
success of every organisation as it reflects its functions and
working activities in direct and indirect manner.
