Laws form an important part of any organization and a business is required to abide by all
of them when he is conducting business in the international business environment. The three
chosen laws which may have an impact on the international business professional are as follows:
Common Law- The given law was developed in England and it is a law which is concerned
about judicial decisions which are generally based on customers. These laws may be written in
case. This law is applied in cases and in order to just compensate someone for their crime. The
given law works on the fact that it is a simpler law than all other related laws in the business
environment. .
Civil Law- The civil law originates in Rome and sets out a comprehensive set of rules which can
be applied by the different judges. In this case, the Legislations are observed as a primary source
of law (Rakoff & Goldstein, 2017). The judges are required to judge on the basis of found
regulation and acts. The primary difference between civil law and common law is that the
common law is built with customs, whereas the civil law is formed by a professional body.
Theocratic Law These laws have been derived from the religion of an individual. As there is an
excess of various religions around the globe, very often different nations find it difficult to reach
to a conclusion and with the change in recent times, a secular law Is expected to attain
prosperity.

Andrew, I really enjoyed reading your post and appreciate your thoughts. However, there
are a few aspects related to the post which I would like to point out. I believe that although the

presentation of ideas was quite clear, you could have taken up more readings and presented the
thread in a more professional manner. Secondly, the language used in the thread is a bit
unprofessional and it could have been improved. You could also have stated how the priciplea
are important` (Cotterrell, 2017).

Kylar, I read your post and appreciate your thoughts. The topic for the thread and the
relation with the three ideas has been presented in a systematic manner however; I believe that
professional ideas have been missing and that your thread lacks evidence based on theories and
relevant dates (Cotterrell, 2017). It seems that you have explained the various requirements
based on the Bible but missed out on relevant examples and theory. Therefore, it is suggested
that you take evidence from books and notebooks to understand.
