With an aim to understand emotion and moods, one has to understand what emotions and
moods are. From Quam speeches shows that she is a positive person who shows both positive
emotions and moods. She says, “I am an optimist.” This is quite clear from the example of
Quam that one has to let you to know the mood. Her mood seems that type of work she
continues is giving initiative to new Green economy. Through her speech, she will have to
convince audience by imagining how hard work pays off and future of new green economy
will be visible. In future, the work will reach critical mass. In her speech, she tries to
convince the audience to perceive “yes” they can do it. She needs to perceive how audience
gives a sense of probability to achieve a cleaner future (Kenis, & Lievens, 2016).

As a leader it comprises attitude, Lois covers visionary, professionalism, and information
behaviour. Undoubtedly, team of Ms Quam must be visionary as being highlighted in bio
where she left Jaffray and piper to become the CEO and founder of LLC. With the help of
this initiative, vision of stainable new green economy and being diversified as healthcare
reformation and becoming appointed by President by focusing on new born, children, and
women for entire nation. Lois Guam represents cognitive components for the colleagues at
Tysvar, as she is the cofounder of company, which strives for the cleaner world. She keeps
passion and believe system in company, which tricks down employees and addressing
effective components (Salmon et al., 2019).

immunisation, tobacco use, emerging diseases, healthy promotion, maternal and child health,
and human resources. The initiatives have been undergoing changes in the policymaking,
which is accomplished by the leadership skills (Quam, Achrekar, & Clay, 2019). The leader
is quite efficient and optimistic, as it encourages the audience to work towards the initiatives.
Leadership skills of Quam includes awareness, innovation, communication, honesty, and grit
to develop leaders amongst the employees and team members. Quam has created awareness
amongst the audience regarding the process and the ideas, which can be effective. It is
important to know the services rendering can be better if it circulates and creates trust
amongst the team (Morris et al., 2019).

Tysvar`s employees have improved their health initiatives. Quam inculcates a sense of clean,
attitude, and create a sense for safer future generation. The emotions of Quam are quite
strong regarding a sense of commitment towards an initiative and come up to improve the
