Uber has one of the largest audience base, as there are 3 million uber drivers who have
been spending nearly 8.5 million hours in the functioning of the entire system. Hence developing
of application that will be more user friendly will be benefitting the functioning of the drivers
who will be using the application that is being developed by the uber developing team. Hence the
developing team is mainly focused on developing an application that is easy to function with and
the drivers can perform tasks that they want to. Despite decreasing the complexity in the
functional process, depth of the application infrastructure is not affected.

Project Selection methods that can be used for developing the new Uber application
The methods that are used for choosing of the projects includes the processes like the
80/20 rule, Strategic fit rule, Question project outcomes, Assessing of core competencies,
building resource capacity. These processes can be chosen for better decision making regarding
developing of the new Uber application. The main aspects that will be taken into consideration
