The newly implemented app of the Uber is considered as the most user friendly app that
was developed for providing proper benefit to both the customers as well as the users. The
application of the Uber which was developed is helpful in providing a number of benefits to the
drivers and assists them in earning money in a very much updated as well as smarter way. The
developed application of the Uber driver will further helpful in collaboration with the different
delivery partners as well as drivers quite together. In order to develop the Uber driver app, it is
found that a number of project management processes, methodologies as well as various types of
tools and techniques are generally utilized.

Furthermore, the stakeholders must have the capability of properly governing the entire

then it will be easy for the project management to estimate the needed schedule as well as time
that is mainly required for the entire project. Moreover, I learnt that well management project
activities play an important role in accomplishing the project objectives and goals.
b) Impact of the project on success/failure
I generally think the use of PM process, tools and techniques generally creates a major
impact on the success of the project. As for developing the app, the project managers utilize agile
project methodologies that not only encourage the project team members for managing the
project tasks but also help in minimizing the risks which are associated with the project and as a
result the entire app will be developed successfully within the expected budget. Thus, I have
analyzed that the utilization of PM methodologies has generally played a major role in making
the app development project quite successful.
Moreover, I have determined that the variance that is mainly determined within the
planned as well as actual value of the project during the entire progress period will generally be
required to be successfully developed by the developers for accomplishing the objectives. I
generally realized that for reducing the complexity that is associated with the tools and technique
selection needs to be reduced. The tools like Gantt chart that is considered to be helpful within
the project as it generally helps in managing the entire schedule of the project and assists in

app is generally possible due to use of proper project methodology that makes the development
of the features successful that further helps in providing a number of benefits to both the users as
well as developers. Moreover, it is analyzed that the operation of the entire app is considered to
be very much effective in context to change management approaches as well as proper
