platform based transportation. With increase in acceptance of the digital platform, Uber has been
enjoying the business enhancement due to the higher acceptance rate of the digital platform. This
report discusses about the PMBOK knowledge areas as per the process of groups and the roles of
the management. Proper assessment of the project management and PMI’s code of ethics will be
properly stated. Critical evaluation of the contrast project management is performed for proper
assessment of managing the variety of project types that will be intended. Proper application of
the project management tool and techniques and providing attention to the risk management
process is also performed. Hence wise proper reflection to the reflection style will be stated.
Performing capacity to succeed in the required situation will be well analysed in this report.

PMBOK knowledge areas and relevant implementation of PMI Code of Ethics
The main concern of redevelopment of the app will be incurring the fact that project
management knowledge areas are needed to be implemented. This implementation of the
knowledge area includes project integration management, project scope management, project
schedule management, project cost management, project quality management, project resource
management, project communication management and project risk management (Kerzner 2017).
