a push of a button on an app. The company is known for its accessible anytime as well as
provides low cost to the luxury services. It provide additional source of income as well as
flexible working hours for the drivers. It provides services to the consumers who do not own a
car, like to travel as well as prefer cost efficient cab (Bales & Woo, 2016).
In the recent, the company operates in approximately 300 cities across 6 continents as
well as in the year 2016; the gross income of the company was $20 billion. The company has
also diversified its business by offering over the years introduces peer to peer ride through Uber
Pop, ride sharing through Uber Pool as well as other various levels of luxury options. The
company also provides food service with the name Uber Eats (Dudley, Banister & Schwanen,

The organizational culture of the company is rigid with unfriendly environment. The

begin a reckoning with the manner in which the other women as well as people of color

the employees, other small activities will be done in the workplace to make them refresh and
