INTRODUCTION
The individual report is provided basic information which are necessary to verify with
dealing and also utilized in existing market. The present report will be based on “UBER” is the
American transportation network company (Bleidorn and et.al., 2016). The company is offering
services to customers by including peer-to-peer ride sharing and ride services. The report will
apply by management theory to produce specific range of recommendation for better
improvement. Report will also link by the CSR strategy benefits and impact of Brexit on
organisation.

UBER Company is transportation Network Company which is offers various services to
their customers. This company serves products are mobile apps and websites. Other hand,
services are vehicle for hire and Delivery of foods services to customers. With this help of these
customers are hire rental taxies for ride and reach out the destination. The company has faced
various problems by their products and services at market but, for this report here is select the
cultural issues which faced by UBER. The cultural difference is affect to business and its growth
factor. This is main issue which is faced by company that is cultural issues or dishonesty –
something the leadership change has not fundamental altered (Uber's Big Problem Is a Culture of
Dishonesty. 2017). The company is use the Greyball software, which is made it difficult for low
enforcement officially to book their rides.
This problem is related to the culture and theory model of management theory of Geert
Hofstede. This theory is more related to the business issue. This theory is effective and valuable
for management to understand culture difference by different aspects power distance,
individualism and collectivism, masculinity and femininity, uncertainty of avoidance and long
term and short term.
Power distance is the degree if inequity in between peoples that consider culture as
normal.
Individualism and collectivism is cultural belief that concerns with individual and group
takes.

Uncertainty of avoidance is degree which is help management of UBER a culture is
comfortable with ambiguity.
This theory model is help to improve management in order to increase employee engagement,
loyalty, productivity and success. With the help of this management is able to understand the
culture difference (Lee, Kim and Kim, 2018). The presently company is face problem which is
cultural issue and dishonesty. For that, here is recommended for company to build their relations
with customers in order to know about the culture and needs by using Hofestede culture model.
Benefits of CSR projects.
The corporate social responsibility is beneficial for UBER Company for society and
future generation. CSR is really taken root of company, it has to champion by leadership. It is
very important to link Csr policy with their company objectives and direction in order to
understand those in effective manner. Corporate social responsibility is beneficial for society and
future generation.
Transparency is the best benefit for society and future generation because with the help of
these customers are not required to do extra searching about company and its policy.
Honesty is the best aspects for future generation and society in terms of culture. In the different
culture company is face problem about people’s needs because each and every person is different
and their needs and incomes are also different (Pedersen and Neergaard, 2016).
Emphasis on ethical behaviour is important and effective for company and peoples. This
help to create trust on trust on peoples as well as company UBER.
Those are the benefits from CSR policy towards build positive trust of peoples. This is important
for society and future generation.
Impact of Brexit.
The UBER is a transport services company, as per Justice Company have to follow rules and
regulations. The impact of brexit on the UK country will result in social and economical changes
to the union but this also gives impact on longer political and institutional shifts. Yes, brexit is
impact to UBER Company because at the time of Brexit transportation rate is increased. This
gives negative impact on company (Van Reenen, 2016). By this sales and bookings of company
are decreases. Most of the peoples are leave job because pay scales are impact to customer’s
incomes and employee salary.

This can impact on employment law because at this time employment is lower. The
government has decide to leave EU. By this, Brexit 40000 employees are unemployed are wide a
marks. Many UBER drivers will part time and many jobs. In facts,
Reflection.
I have lean most of the things during this project which is individual report. I feel
pleasures to done this project with other team members. After selecting team, the work has
started which has selection of key issues. I have decided to divide proper work in whole team
members. By this all have their own work and responsibilities to done and collect information. I
have done my work on time with the help of other team members (Ferris and et.al., 2018).
The team members are best and supportive. Team work has well and best for work because
team members are create lots of opportunities for team. Personally I feel, there are various
benefits from team work are to foster creativity and learning. Team work has well for resolving
conflicts and encourages healthy risk taking but, more challenges I faced challenges which has
building trust. Trust is main concern which has not build easily on other members first time.
Here, is need to improve critical decision making at the times of team work by taking views of
each team members.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it had been concluded that the individual report has important to
learn various things. It had been concluded that the cultural difference has impact to the company
and its growth factors. CSR has best and effective for build benefits for society and future
generation by reducing wastage. Brexit has give impact on company in negative manner because
at the time of Brexit, sales of product and services have decreased by increasing price of
products.
