Code of ethics is related to the set out an organizational guidelines and best practices that
help for follow for integrity, honesty and professionalism. There is different type of code of
ethics are followed by organizations in order to maintain the business guidelines related to
discriminations, employer- employee relations, environmental issues, social responsibility etc.
Code of ethics are help for socialize practitioners new for the field of social work mission,
values, ethical standards, ethical principle etc. Present report is based on Uber eats that is an
online food ordering and delivery platform that is launched by Uber in 2014. This application
provide facility to users in order to read menus, reviewing and rating, pay and order food in order
to participate with wide range of restaurant. Also, these applications can be worked in IOS as
well as android in order to in orders working through web browser. Users can also provide tip for
delivery. There are different types of codes of ethics followed by Uber eats in order to manage
their employees.

Discrimination: Discussion
Discriminations refers to the unfair or prejudicial treatment of people and groups that are based
on some of the characteristics such as gender, race, age and sexual orientation. This is also
related to the act that is unjustified distinctions between people that is based on groups, class or
other different categories that can be perceived long. Discrimination can be damaging even if
someone done biasness with others. Also, the anticipation creates it owns chronic stress that is
need to avoid situation by expecting for treated poorly. According to civil acts it can be said that
age discrimination in employment act is very common that prohibits discrimination in
employment on the basis of ethics, age, origin etc. Also, any place people are doing
discrimination regarding action and behaviour that can be exclusively targeted someone uses to
personal characteristic and then treat them unfairly. This is related to the situation in which
individual facing discrimination by judging them accordingly on the basis of personal attributes
such as ability and merits. There are four types of discrimination that can be occurred on the
frequent basis such as racial discrimination at workplace, gender and sex discrimination in
workplace, age discrimination at workplace and lastly, discrimination regarding disability at
workplace.

order to consider the aspect of how employees can feel safe at workplace. Also, employees must

Uber eats has followed code of ethics in order to uphold the human rights and also believe that
human should treat equally in all aspect such as fairness, dignity, fairness and respect. Uber
manage the code of ethics regarding discriminations during the process of recruitment managers

eats, 2018) it can be said that drivers are allowed to pass delivery in such as way where they did

order to aware them for being exploited. This is just as concern in order to provide equality to

inequality, social division, poverty, environmental crisis. There are different types of corruption
are included such as Uber eats has faced the problem regarding corruption in order to ride hailing

employees. Also, Uber suspended the accounts for those who are below 18 years, because those
who are below 18 years who are taking supports from fake account. Another dishonest activity
is related to sharing the data of customers without taking permissions from them. This is illegal
