become a major problem in Mumbai, especially in the peak hours, during morning and the

problem for people and a UberGo gives a higher pricing, which also directly affect the pockets of
the people. For some Uber has been considered as a boon, but also a problem, as it becomes
difficult to locate the position to the driver due to which it becomes tough to reach the
destination on time. With this, Mumbai also faces the problems like internet connectivity issues
in the road maps and it takes from a long distance, thereby, consuming more of time, and high
fare (Hall & Kreuger, 2018). The company is in competition with Olacabs which is also one of
the best providers of the cab services and have been able to provide a cheaper price to the

customers. The demands and the competition are depending upon the performance orientation
and so that the company has to look certainly for its improvement in major cities like Mumbai.

Uber provides the possibility to earn money on its own terms either as a full time or part time
driving opportunity for the different contractors in Mumbai. It gives a complete flexibility to
work (Rosenblat et al., 2017). The company has been always passionate about making Mumbai
better, and so it has been able to collaborate with different partners, thousands of locals, who
have a proper license across Mumbai. Through this, the company is energizing the local
economy. They are working on improving the car-pool activities in Mumbai for a less congested
environment. It has become one of the reliable and the safest mode of transport that Mumbai
deserves.
