Therefore, from the analysis it can be concluded that operations management and

because of the rising level of globalization, there has been intensification of competition level
among the companies. To cope up with this competition, it is significant on the part of the
firms to turn to technology and apply the same in their operations. the utilization of
technology bases system in the operation of the firm result in augmented level of productivity
