Project Assumptions
Communication is a two way street, if any project wants to go long then should not

difference for project success and failure. Prepare a communicating plan which includes purpose,
approach, goals, objectives, roles, tools, methodologies, and high level project communication
messages.
IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Gantt chart is used for managing project and this is commonly used as well popular way
of showing events or task with their timing of completing it. On life side of same chart activities
is given along with their timing on the top. Every task is presented by bar; length and position of
bar shows date on which work should be started, time period as well completion date of activity.
This kind of first technique is was developed in 1896 by Karol Adamiecki who called it
“harmonogram”. But after sometime name of this was changed on the name of Henry Gantt who
create his chart in 1910-1915. it was firstly used by United State when world war was going on
for making schedule of different task and also in completing project at their dead line (Verzuh,
2015).

Thus, Gantt chart is most popular tool used by companies in managing activities
according to their completing time. It assist in achieving pre determine objective and doing work
on time although, it shoes allotment of activities with their timing of start as well of ending and
other things also related to operation department of business. Moreover it is copy of the entire
activity management plan of necessary things which will done in firm for generating more and
more revenue. Also for gaining return on investment. The same process used by UBER also for
managing their day to day activities in proper manner so their will be no chance of complaint
from their client. Most important because of implementing this satisfaction level of customers
rise.
On the other hand, work break down structure means dividation of entire task into small
units to complete on it time in better many. Allocation is done according to skills and knowledge
of employees as well their capabilities to do it. When individual have their own responsibilities
and duties then so work according to that (Leach, 2014). UBER is applying work break down
structure in their company to achieve their project in proper manner and on time. It remove
workload of particular person with their technique of dividing task is small units. This entire
process is blueprint of all the activities as well working of entire organisation. Moreover it
motivate employees working in organisation by dividing their work and giving them time to
achieve their task in proper manner.
Although, it look like tree because its format which highlight dividation of task in small
small units for achieving entire project. It is created by top level management of organisation and
rest of team is responsible for assigning work into different departments according to their skills,
knowledge as well expertise. Whole things is done including these elements like size, duration
and obligation because these are important in achieving desire goal. When UBER use this in
their workings then they can complete their work in smooth way. So respective enterprise have
to do this for dividing their day to day working with work break down structure and mainly use
for removing workload and for motivating employees.
