aspect of international football business like how globalization can affect the business of the
individual organization and how it would be helpful for the organization or not. UEFA is an
international continental governing bodies which is responsible for organizing the international
tournaments and men's or women's world cup.
Globalization affect UEFA in many ways like global mass media, increasing the flow of
communication, speed of transportation and increase in environmental protection as well. The
present report targeted at examining the impact of globalization on UEFA operations. Moreover, the
report will also includes the main governing bodies that influence football business functioning. In
addition to this, various analytical tools will be applied like PESTLE to analyse the external
environment of international football confederation, UEFA.
