INTRODUCTION
Project management means that kind of practices which is based upon initials, plan
formation, controlling and closing work as per goals set within the project within time period
specified. This management helps in developing application of tools, skills, techniques and
knowledge in relation to tasks specified within project. Also management of project leads upon
formation of budget which helps in making utilization of financial resources done more
effectively. The report is based upon QAHE which helps in making improvement done upon
providing business in relation over “Trip To Uganda”. It makes business management done for
ensuring that teaching is disrupted during entire process. Then report includes PID with budget,
timescale, stakeholder analysis. In the end risk register has been included which involves
structure interaction through methodology used for executing in project study.

PART B
Importance of correctly managed Project Closure
Project closure is the last step which is used upon finalizing activities in relation over
project management process. These closure has three main process which makes project or
information related highlighted more effectively. It is also helps in makes sure that work is
completed and project resources is released as per guidelines given for the project(Owen, 2020).
The Close Project is another aspect where Project Manager takes centre stage and makes
overview achieved in relation to project. Also results should be checked in relation to changes
that has been made as per feedback provided on every stage. In relation over “Trip to Uganda”
project the project manager should include various kinds of things which is important for project
closer report of “Trip to Uganda”. In relation to this project common details are the original
project guidelines, including stakeholders request, budget and timeline. Proof that objective goals
were met. Proof that the clients have received their deliverables. Invoices from suppliers,
stakeholders or other sources. Release or transfer records of remaining resources. Detailed
performance reviews on each phase of the project. These are one of the most important part
which is required to be used by project manager of “Trip to Uganda” In order to make proper
closer of report done. Project closer has drastic impact upon the response of an project as it
covers about all kinds of information from top to bottom of project. Thus it has certain
importance regarding project which has been explained as follows:
Confirmation of Objectives Being Met
Document Page
This is important part of project closer which contains UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
that is an sign-off form which provides confirmation to client that project has been completed as
per objectives and all requirements has been fulfilled. It is used within the project of “Trip to
Uganda” in order to make sure that all important aspects in relation to project is covered which
makes clients aspiration full filled.
Sense of Closure
This is another important aspect which make conformation developed upon objectives of
project which is able to develop client's satisfaction which gives assurance about project
completion done rightly. The given project “Trip to Uganda” use this set for making sure that
project should bring confidence within client that satisfaction is create through it.
Improving Future Engagements
This is considered to be one of the most important aspect which is used in making
engagement done over learn outcomes generated from project. It has been helping in making
project closer done with lessons that has been learned from it. Under project closer process. The
lessons learned is based upon external and internal working of project. Through such perspective
project manager of “Trip to Uganda” is able to think about future requirements of project.
Capturing the Knowledge
The team should identify project assets (documents or code), that can be re-used in future
engagements. Task someone at the end of the meeting to do just that, so that it does not get
forgotten as the next engagement begins. Set up a knowledge base where all the project
documents can be accessed by the internal team and the client in the future(Parry, 2020). This
makes proper knowledge to be achieved in more effective manner by project manger of “Trip to
Uganda”.
Tying up Loose Ends
This is based upon making administrative task that is related to end project which makes
sure project is appropriately closed and helps in completing back-office perspective. Under it
various tasks like final status of report, final payment and reassigning of resources has been
covered. It is used buy project manger of the project by making projects to be done with more
effectiveness.

PART C
Introduction on methodologies
Methodology are the various methods which are used in any particular area of survey or
activity. It is also known as the rules and particular set of procedures used in to analysis or
inquiry about any particular field. Methodologies always gives a path which is applied by any
researcher in there research projects which gives the guidelines to make the project manageable,
effective and efficient. For understanding the methodologies Trip to Uganda case has been taken
for seeing some sustainable projects, methodologies usually plays a scientific role in research. In
context to this project the research methods which are used are observations, interviews, surveys,
experiment, focus group and secondary data analysis. It usually clarifies the perspective and
accepts the majority fact, It not only helps to judge the adequate methods but also helps in taking
rational decisions regarding the researching project. The methodologies carried in this research
are mentioned below:
Waterfall methodology
Waterfall methodology research always fall in sequence, firstly it depends upon the
project requirements which includes the assumptions, dependencies, timeline for completion,
risk, cost and success metrics. Secondly, it involves designing in which software developers find
a solution to the technical problem which is required as per the requirements which includes the
layouts, data models and sceneries. Thirdly is implementing, it is known as the shortest phase of
waterfall in which coders codes the applications based on the requirements in this testing of
implementation is also involved. If it does not get up to the mark then can again go to design
phase for the changes(Segerstrom, 2019). Fourthly, verification is involve in this phase as before
releasing the product to the customers firstly it is tested so that no error can be deducted by the
customers. Last phase is maintaining when any product comes in the industry then maintaining
phase starts which involve any customers change request, updation and new versions of
software. If Trip to Uganda case uses waterfall methodologies then they get some advantages.
Firstly, developers can detect the errors on the designing level and can avoid some codes in
implementation phase. Another advantage is project total cost can be measured and can
accurately estimated. There are some disadvantages also for following waterfall methodology,
projects can take quite longer time to deliver to there customers and clients are not involved in
implementation and designing phase.

Agile methodology
Agile methodology is way of managing the projects by breaking it into separate phases,
which involves the involvement of client and stakeholders at every point of time for the desired
changes required in every phases and them implement them according to them which reduces the
re work later. The work in this usually begins with the process of planning, evaluating and
executing. There are two methodologies involved in Agile which are scrum and kanban. Scrum
are the well known testing software which involves a team of product owner, stakeholder, scrum
master, developer, tester and automation engineers which allows client to see daily reports and
changes to their products by showcase meetings and sharing reports. Kanban are the tracking of
the current stage which involves to do things, in development things and in testing files and the
summarised files. It have similar team as the scrum but it detects the bugs and the issues which
are still to be resolved. If Trip to Uganda case uses this methodology it will make more efficient
to the customers as will be daily interacting with the coders about the project and seeing every
specific working in there software's. There is also an disadvantage of using this methodology
because sometimes by seeing every single activity it is difficult to predict the results and for
complex projects it is difficult to estimate the resources and efforts.
PRINCE 2 Methodology
This has been described over the perspective which I helpful in controlling environment
model which is helpful in making identification done over elements helping in making effective
decisions developed(Wang and et. al., 2020). PRINCE 2 model makes various activities done
through proper process controlling organization process. Trip of Uganda uses the model for
managing various aspects based on seven principles. This model is related upon best practices of
project management. In this various activities is done in effective manner. PRINCE 2 model is
used various parts of world helping in understanding about project activities. The model is not
adaptable as per appropriate upon small projects. PRINCE 2 model using few tools and
techniques helping in covering soft skills.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it cab be marked out that organization has been carrying
various activities and analyses done upon making impact to be created upon project. In relation
Document Page
to this strategies are required to be developed with budget formulation which helps in making
operations of business carried in effective way. Then methodology has been explained in relation
over flexibility in operations and activities. In the end project closer process has been explained.
